It only ta...I do my dried beans in the slow cooker. It only takes about 6 hours as opposed to three days. An overnight soak and rinse, then five or six hours on low and you're good to go. <br /><br />And I put plain yogurt in my hummus. That's where the creamy part comes in! Yogurt and lemon juice for that tart little pop that you associate with good hummus.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
